Our summary
High-strength
High-conductivity
Copper-alloy
Fast & Best solution Company has been the leading supplier of high performance copper alloys providing high-strength, high conductivity copper, copper chrome and copper beryllium products.
We are producing electrical welding materials which has excellent mechanical properties, high softening temperature, high electrical & thermal conductivity and anti-sticking properties. Especially we are manufacturing large thick copper plate through our special centrifugal casting process and the process is very useful to provide the large continuous casting moulder for steel industry.

Wide range of products according to your needs!
Casting is an important basic process and technology in the mechanical industry, which is widely used in various fields of mechanical manufacturing, aerospace, energy, transportation, chemical industry, and social life.
F&B solution Co. has various manufacturing processes such as billet casting, extruding, drawing, forging, rolling, and solid solution/aging heat treatments.
Centrifugal Mould
It is a casting method of pouring high-temperature molten metal into a high-speed rotating mould, filling the mould under the action of centrifugal force, and then cooling and solidification to obtain castings.
Continuous Casting Mould
he continuous casting process is also known as the Strand casting process is used to produce billets, blooms, or slabs much longer in lengths than obtained by any process.
Cap Tip
Cap electrodes have long life and anti-sticking property for the galvanized steel sheet spot welding, which made from various copper alloys, selected to suit the application.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
In our lab facilities, the engineering of alloys and casting techniques can be studied on a production-related scale in realistic operating conditions and with in-depth scientific expertise. Trial and experimental castings in magnitudes from a few kilograms to several tons provide fast and reliable development results.
All required tests and analysis can be conducted: Material and failure analysis, corrosion investigations, material tests (for the determination of mechanical and physical properties) and chemical analysis.
Topics that are the focal points of our research:
- Treatment & recycling of materials
- Metallurgy & casting technology
- Production technology (rolling, extrusion, forging, drawing, stamping, machining, coating, joining)
- Numerical simulation
- Material science
- Surface technology
- Material testing
- Process development
- Application engineering

Holding Technology
Continuous casting (CC) is a method of producing an infinite solid strand from liquid steel by continuously solidifying it as it moves through a CC machine. It is the predominant process route in a modern steel plant which links steelmaking and hot rolling.
The mould is regarded as the heart of the continuous casting process and plays a critical role in the efficiency of the process and the strand quality. It is in the mould that the final cast shape and the strand surface quality are produced.
